What's included in each module?
One-on-one sessions.
We're with you every step of the way. Our one-on-one sessions are meant to really challenge your thinking and approach. We're blunt, constructive, transparent and check our egos at the door. We aren't into shallow platitudes, or interested in baby-ing you through the process. Building a business is hard and de-risking the process is only possible when the founder is willing to listen, adapt and continuously improve over time.
'Get-ready to apply' material.
We're not cohort-based, we want you to learn when it's convenient for you. We built our content with a mixed-media approach. Each session is ~3-hours +/- and includes content, whiteboard 'how to actually do it' examples and real world implementations. We built our content to be engaging, grounded, practical and useful.
A 'just for you' plan.
We provide practical applications so you can apply what you've learned directly to your own business. Once you're ready you'll submit your work, we'll schedule a one-on-one session. We want you to build your confidence by challenging your thinking and your 'how-to' approach.
